I'm trying to add a new Visa card to 'Saved Cards' via  https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/ng/#/manage-my-cards/

The little spinny progress thing just keeps spinning and never lists my existing saved card and the 'Add a new card' does nothing.

I've tried IE11 and Chrome, last night and this morning, from home and from work.

Sounds odd.. I tested it just now and was able to add a asb visa to my mobile My Vodafone desktop. I'm in Firefox 38.0.5 on Windows 8.1.

were you adding it for your mobile or fixed line account?

Did you run an ad blocker?

No ad blocker installed and I'm trying to add it for my mobile account with is the only account I have.

[edit] Just tried in Firefox too with same result. This is what I see:-

Prepay mobile and I have one existing card already set up.

I just did it via the My Vodafone app on my phone (android) and it worked. I could not see the existing card but I was able to add a new one and then select it for my auto top-up.
Website now shows the correct new card under my auto top-up but the saved cards is still not working/showing anything.

Good to hear it's working for you now. I emailed some of the My Vodafone team about this, they were wondering if it might be possible for you to please try emptying your browser cache (including the cookie for My Vodafone) and trying it again? I realise that it's now fixed for you and getting rid of cookies can be annoying, but they'd appreciate your feedback if it's possible! I guess trying a browser in private/incognito mode might also be suitable.

I'm testing some new laptop hardware for work at the moment so its not a problem to test.
On a freshly rebuilt laptop with a clean profile i cleared out my Google cache just to be sure and symptoms are the same.
Also tried incognito mode with same problem.

If it makes any difference my auto top-up on the existing card worked fine on the 5th June.

I just opened developer mode on Chrome while on the page. It is showing two errors:-

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)" for
https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/ng/templates/common/ga.html

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)" for
https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/AjaxCallManager/api/v1/userProfiles/null

Ok, it seems to depend on how I navigate to the Saved cards page. I found one way that seems to work consistently and one that does not.

I browse to www.vodafone.co.nz.
Click on the purple Go to My Vodafone on the left.
Login and it takes me to
https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/prepay

This has a page heading of Account summary and is mostly text based.

If, at this point, I hover over the menu button on the top right and select 'Saved cards' I get the page that is not working for me.
https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/ng/#/manage-my-cards/

I close the browser tab and start again.

I browse to www.vodafone.co.nz.
Click on the purple Go to My Vodafone on the left.
Login and it takes me to
https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/prepay

If, at this point, I hover over the menu button and select 'Account summary' I get a graphical summary page. (The xxx in the url below are my mobile number)
https://www.vodafone.co.nz/myvodafone/ng/#/account-summary/64211xxxxxx

If I then hover over Menu again and select 'Saved cards' it works.

Very interesting, thank you. We've had a chat about this internally and think we know what's happening. We're finding out about what options might be available to identify where it's taking the wrong direction. Thanks again.
