Just used their support to sort out a problem with our VFX lines.  Most impressed, I really hope this doesn't change under Vodafone.

I can't get VFX Manager to work anymore Phil.  It says "Network Error" whenever I try to save changes.  Do I need to upgrade the version or something?  Currently running V1.1 (c) 2008.

Unfortunately the old client does not work anymore, which is why you are getting the error.
A new version should be out soon however so keep an eye on this space, apologies if this is causing an inconvenience.
