I'm rocking the Vodafone Red Essentials plan on my iPhone 6 Plus, and am also sharing data with my iPad Air 2.
I own a Wi-Fi mobile hotspot, and from time to time I'd like to be able to use my data SIM in that, rather than my iPad.
When I signed up, I was advised I'd be able to use the new SIM Swap feature in the My Vodafone app to do this whenever I needed to.
While it's showing up on other Vodafone accounts in the house, SIM Swap is not showing up on mine.
Are there certain plans or configurations where this option isn't available from within the app, or is this a configuration issue Vodafone could fix for me?
