Last Friday afternoon, my wife changed her Red Essentials open term plan down to what I believe is now called Red Lite, the $39 plan. We signed her up on Red Essentials because she was heading off to the US and would be using more data than usual, but in normal circumstances her data usage is very low.
We asked for the change to take effect immediately, and 777 told us it would show up in My Vodafone within a few minutes.
By Saturday morning, she was still showing unlimited minutes and her old data balance.
I called 777 back, and they said they could see she was on the new plan now, and to just give it a bit more time.
Here we are on Tuesday morning, and in the My Vodafone iOS app and website, we still can't see her real balance.
Can anyone advise whether this is usual?

They requested Red + Lite on the 3/07 which is the $59 plan 2.5GB, Data from the old plan remains until the DOM rolls over at the end of the month

Well...assumption on my part is a dangerous thing. Was suspecting a technical issue and in fact it was a communication issue with the 777 person, and we were put on a different plan from the one we asked for. So when I saw unlimited minutes and a much higher data balance than we were entitled to, I suspected the change hadn't been reflected in My Vodafone.
In any case, John has worked his magic and we're now very happy with what we have.
Thanks again John, very much appreciated.
