As if my list of problems with the Vodem and 3G Broadband wasn't long enough, today I have been experiencing extreme latency while browsing the web which is causing timeouts as pages attempt to load. I then have to press the reload button to make a second, or even third, attempt to load the page before I can actually view it. I suspect that Vodafone's DNS may be on the blink.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem today or is it just me?

It seems to have got better in the last few hours. Let's hope it stays that way.

Must be a seperate issue then. Vodafone Live is so chronically unreliable that I don't even bother using it at all now.

I have been relying on a tethered okta touch for internet for the past two weeks and I can say only good things about it.

It's 1/3rd the speed agreed but utterly reliable and perfectly consistent.

Again having speed problems...i am downloading @ 20 kbps Sealed

Whats happening suddenly!!! I called up the customer care and they told me to install the Vodafone Mobile Connect which I havent used at all for Vodem as the VMC Lite is excellent. Now after installing this Vodafone Mobile Connect, it connects me to NZ HSDPA and not to Vodafone NZ 3G+ (thats what VMC Lite connects me to) and the speed via Vodafone Mobile Connect software is damn slow than the VMC Lite. So am back to my VMC Lite now

This is happening from yesterday. Anybody facing similar problems? I cant even watch online movies or videos and its dead slow Yell

Isn't that the same thing? I.e. 3G = WCDMA, 3G+ = HSPDA??

Same thing, just different names - Vodafone can't agree on something simple as this.

I've had the same problem last night and the previous evening also, but it seems to be okay this morning. I know that Vodafone have been doing some tweaking on their network so there may have just been a temporary glitch with that.
