Just did a speedtest to Napier and Auckland from Wellington. Only getting the following

Seems a bit slow on a 10Mbs plan. Just wonder what others are getting? Since this is a local test I would have thought increased traffic in the evening would not make too much difference

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.

TCL Speedtest 10:30pm 5/12/07

4Mbps/2Mbps

That's one of my better results Laughing
This is over a WiFi connection so that's probably where the latency is from.

I don't seem to be getting issues, apart from my modem not syncing at the right rates due to a firmware issue

Not bad results - but have gotten much better before at different times...

Hmm - looks like I have been throttled back onto the 4/2 plan but I am paying for 10/2 40G. Time for a call I guess

Just spoke to TCL CSR. They said I was inadvertently put back on 4Mbs. Then got forwarded to another customer service person who said because of congestion users on 30/40/80 plans in Wellington/Kapiti were getting throttled back due to congestion!  And they plan to offer a $10 credit to all users.

This really doesn't make sense.  But I will wait and see if my plan speed changes

Much the same as mine. Can't grizzle with speeds like that :)
