She is currently paying $12 per month, I think.

Said she barely texts/calls and isn't worth it for her.

I went to the VF website but there was no option to txt a certain number to register.

It looks like she needs a new sim, not sure?

She has an old Nokia Flip Phone, somewhere between 10-15 years.
