tonyhughes: Oh wait... there are two fields - one for a notification email address only, and one to send the whole message to.
It arrived as a wav file, with this filename:
0683400**_20071207_125935.wav

This is one of the best "Smart Phone" features of VFX in my opinion, I use it constantly.
Rather than diverting calls to a mobile, it's easier to receive the Voice Messages in an e-mail and then my wife or I can deal with them appropriately.
The attached WAV files are pretty small, usually well under 100kB therefore small enough to download via Mobile Broadband if I'm out on the road somewhere.
RedJungle: ...The only thing missing is the option to send the WAV version and then automatically clear the message from my voice mailbox. Currently I listen to the WAV on my PC/Mobile then have to go through the chore of manually clearing the mailbox afterwards.
maverick: Argh but there is Guys, if you don't want to have the message in your Mail Box just use the Forward to this EMail setting as appossed to EMail a Carbon Copy, this will not save a copy in your Mail Box and you will also not get a VM indication on your phone
"If you always listen to your voice messages using your e-mail account and do not use the phone retrieval option, select Forward it to this e-mail address: and provide the e-mail address where you want your voice messages to be sent."

hmmm now for the embarassment part & sorry for this, yes we do have it but it is not available at present as it is part of feature set that is locked down, if it was vailable it has the potential for other voicemail settings to be changed and this could stop Voicemail working completley.....sorry again , I will look at some options around this
