Being on Vodafone VDSL I have an HG659 which has, in general, been OK. However, I want to make some changes to WLAN Acess Rules but it won't let me. When I originally set up the rules  (specific computers only allowed) I was able to go through a list and select what those devices were. I have been back and modified these rules a few times as wireless devices have come and gone from my network. Today, I'm trying to add a new Chromecast (thanks DougWin) which arrived today but the list of devices no longer shows up in the area where I set access rules. The list should be at the bottom of the picture below.

I've tried everything I can think of, except a factory reset, but just cannot get this list to display. Anyone got any suggestions as to how I could force this list to display?

What user did you login as to the modem?

Should also add I've tried in Chrome and IE 11.

Try "vodafone" as the login
Seems to be 2-3 different logins for these things depending on what you want to do.... pain in the butt.

Cheers for the replies.

Unfortunately nothing works. Doesn't matter which username I use, the device list simply will not display in the WLAN Access Rules section. Sometimes the list will flash up for half-a-second, but that's the best it gets. I'm starting to think a 30 second press of the factory reset button is the only thing which is going to sort this out.

Maybe your firewall is blocking that page?

Try it from a different PC? Delete temporary files via ccleaner? Clear browser cache and cookies?

I agree with all this and if it doesn't work try factory reset on the modem. Seems pretty strange though, would definitely expect just using another browser would work around it.

Backup the settings, load the Telecom firmware then restore the settings?

(Sorry Dylan!)

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

That's an option, but if it breaks we don't have the original firmware available for you to fix it. ;)

All good suggestions, all tried on two different PC's. Also tried Chrome, IE and Firefox on both PC's. Looking more and more like I'll have to do a factory reset (on top of the one I had to do a few months ago) :-(

What happened to the planned firmware upgrade for this router that was talked about a few months ago?
