I can remote access my HP Microserver at home using TeamViewer, so it's working for me, at least.

Cable is up for me but Vodafone fixed network status says there are problems in Paraparaumu, Kapiti.

Where is "me"? "Welly" is short for Wellington but it is not clear whether you mean Wellington City or the greater Wellington metropolitan area.
