Does any one else have issues with the mylotto site on Vodafone Cable?

My phone (Galaxy Note 2) won't load the page on wifi at home, but on 3G and on wifi an my work (both Spark), is fine

My tablet (Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition), loads the page, but won't login, just hangs on the login screen forever

PC and laptop at home are fine

I think you have to change the question to "anyone having issues with mylotto site on Android devices?" - your PC and laptop are working fine on the same network so I don't think the problem is with the network.

Yes double checked dns before I posted

Not just an issue with android, as it works fine on spark 3g and a spark vdsl connection

I know our work proxy server does the same thing to mylotto - going though the proxy hang, put my pc in let though firewall rule and turn off proxy, works - asked user that logged the call "is this work related website" and closed call.
