There has been numerous complaints about delay in Vodafone answering there phone service recently. Well, I rang twice today in regards a fault with my cable TV the first call was answered within ten minutes and the second call was answered so fast I didn't even hear a ringing tone. Both calls were answered by friendly, polite staff a pleasure to deal with.
Yes, I just called about my T Box and the call was answered before it even had time to ring. Great stuff, let's give credit for them tackling a BIG problem
