I've been playing around with SIPBroker a bit lately, allowing my friends to call me on my SIP service for free from around the world (thanks to local access numbers provided). Is there a service or a way to set up something like this so that someone could call their local access number and then dial a VFX number? (I'm thinking of signing up for VFX, and this would be a great advantage). Hope that makes sense.

No, VFX doesn't have any peering in place to allow this.

The only way you can do this at present is to get a PAP2 (or similair) and have different lines for each service or run Asterisk so you can configure both services.
