Hi there Vodafone

I have this modem for good 2 years now. I have sometimes found it quite annoyed that, when I switch on my computer, the computer cannot connect to the Wi-fi signal.

Yesterday, i have turn on the mobile phone that I haven't switch on for a while, then the modem decided to disconnect all known connection of the wi-fi, then none of the computer can be connected until i did a reboot of the modem..

lately i have put the concerned computers (which purposely make IP address crash) into a fixed IP address, it seems settle a bit.. surely i don't have to do it for everything to make it settle down right?

does this modem require to go for a checkup at somewhere?

the new update has also help a bit too.

regards

The firmware update should resolve wifi issues, just checking you installed the one I posted about here? http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=40&topicid=177650  If not please install that one. :) If that is the update you installed, please try factory resetting your modem and set it up from scratch again, it sounds like there might be a configuration issue there.
