Hi:

I've just signed up for Xnet Flood (FS/FS), and am seeing my u/stream sync up at only 480kbps.  Is that normal, or could I expect higher speeds.  My d/stream is pretty good at 7616kbps.  I'm located at Churton Park, Welllington, which I believe is hanging off the Johnsonville exchange, which is still using those Nokie D50e...

Any ideas anyone?

Thanks.

Hmmm.. I wondered about that... J'ville Exchange is not on the ISAMs yet tho so not sure if I'll get 900... I'll be happy even if it's closer to 700...  Anyway, have emailed Xnet help desk but have yet to hear from them...

Try an isolation test. Unplug everything on your phone line, and plug the modem straight into the wall. See if it makes any difference.

I live 3/4km from my exchange and have maximum rates of 920 upstream.
