Is it possible fix any of these issues?

  • When there is a message, you cannot tell what time or day it was left.
  • If you don't want to hear the whole message, you cannot delete it part way through.
  • You cannot change the amount of times it rings before the answer phone comes on. -Maximum of 9

TCL Landline?

The time and date is always mentioned at the beginning (Message sent, <day> <date> at <time>

To skip to the end of the message, press '3' a couple of times, then 7 (?) to delete.

There is a number you can call to change the amount of rings.   It's *88  and you will then be prompted to enter the amount of rings before voicemail picks up. This can be set to any number between 0 (forward to voicemail immediately) up to 9 (9 rings before voicemail picks up).

Hope this helps :)

Cheers,
Grant
