Has Vodafone finally killed off the old mirror.ihug.co.nz server or is it just having issues?

The Debian/ubuntu server "for New Zealand" at citylink has been having issues; an outage was reported yesterday but it's been behind for at least a week.  I don't know what relation the ihug mirror has with the Debian/ubuntu world, it does not show in my software sources.

Yeah the citylink debian server seems to be out of sync.
I've changed to using http://ftp.slingshot.co.nz/ instead.

Yes - mirror.ihug.co.nz was closed on the 22nd, I had planned to give you guys a heads up but got caught up with other stuff, sorry about that.

It's a bit sad to see an old service like that go but it's just not used much these days.

If you were using mirror.ihug.co.nz please switch to another mirror.
