Hey,

I'm getting VFX relativly soon and got a voip phone for christmas. as it happens parents brought the wrong one and its a logitech skype cordless best thing. I know they brought it at DSE. I have seen at on the Xnet VFX website that all there gear is sold at DSE as well so mum and dad have said I can exchange it.

I have looked on the DSE website and I cant find any of the Linksys Phones, I can find the adapters and the routers with it build in.  I'm getting the SPA922. How much is this?

Thanks!

That is all that DSE sells.  The SPA922 is cheapest at C1 Shoppingmall.  Use Price Spy for your searches: http://www.pricespy.co.nz/pno_12080.html

You can never have enough Volvos!

WorldxChange (XNet) don't do direct sales - you have to go through a WxC dealer or a retailer such as DSE or PB Technologies.

Hi there,

at C1 Shopping mall they have 2 for sale, one wiht and one without the powersupply. why is this? and does it need a powersupply? im guessing it should. but if i dont really need a powersupply then to keep the price down i wont get one.

Thanks

If the model you are looking at is capable of PoE (Power over ethernet) and you have a PoE switch or injector then you won't need the power supply as the phone will be powered through the ethernet cable.

I suspect the PoE option won't apply to you or most "home" users.

ok, I thought that that could be the case. We dont have power over lan. unless our switch somehow does it. so I will get the power supply one.

Thanks.
