Just wanting to know if I move both TCNZ lines to WXC, if there is a line (Cable Fault) problem, who will I call Telecom or WXC?
within my house boundary I can fix cable faults, usually the fault happens between the exchange and outside my property where it terminates. I've had experience in the past TCNZ technicians come to fix one line, he walks away my other working line goes down! Cheers

Depends on what service you have with us, if you have Naked DSL / Fusion then you would call us, If you are using VFX over Xtra DSL circuits you would still call Telecom, if you have DSL with us but your phone lines are still Telecom if you hhave trouble with the Phone line then it will still be Telecom.

Yes I am a employee of WxC (My Profile) ... but I do have my own opinions as well Wink
