I tried logging into my bill from the xnet website and it says

Unable to find available stub. (All 10 stubs are locked. Try creating the Stubpool with a larger number of Stubs.)

Whats a stub?

Thats an unusual one I just logged into my view bill no problems. I cant help as far as a stub either never come accross that before

I have two WxC accounts and can log into them both OK and view the respective bills.

However, the latest bill available is the November one which is NOT what I was hoping to see.

Hopefully the December bills must be getting pretty close by now?

Would anyone find it helpful if they could use their username instead of their account number (not so easy to remember) to log in to viewbill / email bill?

I have my account number and password saved on the browser so that they are filled in when I go to log in. It would be handy though. Another thing that would be handy when you log in and check an invoice is having a confirmation of payment received and date received in a box with the other customer details if that is possible.

And to continue being constructive - and a little picky - the "My Stuff" and "Support" tabs could maybe be rejuggled a little, "usage" is in one and the other "log in to check stuff" stuff is in the other? On that note, as the amount of fantastic services that are available increases, the number of different pages you have to log in to increases too. While I guess there may be differences between the WXC (billing) and the Xnet (data usage) side of things?? and also there are obviously different apps / servers / systems to report the different types of data, one nice fancy log in page which leads to a "portal" to all the individual stats and billing information would be nice one day??

But thanks very much the whole WXC team, over the past 2 months through both work and home there have been many enquiries, sign ups and support requests and I am yet to experience less than awesome service!!

The bullet points or green ticks are the pages you have visited and the arrows are the ones you havent clicked on

Xnet/wxc are truly the best providers out there!!!

My old provider, hadnt changed there website - in the over 20 years that we were with them............

and the increasing services, brilliant call waiting times, brilliant contacts (you dont just talk to the support people - even the ceo of xnet has been on geekozone) allround you guys are definitly the best provider out there!!!!

how big is this can of goodies that you guys are opening in the next few months?
