Anyone else having issues this afternoon, I cannot access NZ sites but can access many off shore sites.

Nothing on the Network status on VF site

Aha! Fault logged from Wilton about the exact same thing around 17:30. Must have crossed with you in the posting of my traceroutes. Let me know if you want the Fault Reference so you can hop on board the existing fault ticket.
