Just had a customer call, looks like @clearnet email is down. Cant pin pop.clear.net.nz from our network or a couple of others.
Their MX records have dissappeared too so incoming mail will be getting rejected

Both DNS servers are up. Did someone just shut down the service out of the blue?!

Managed to access their (butt-ugly, 1995 vintage) web interface and send a message to my gmail account.  10 minutes on, the reply from gmail to clearnet account hasn't arrived (yet).

Edit 19:54: reply has landed.

Yea had one customer email me as they couldn't email a clear.net.nz email address.
They keep getting a bounce back error and it looks like a DNS issue.
