well done Mav, it's great the way you and your team have been engaging with people around here. It takes guts to speak with customers in a publicly accessible forum like this - guts that many other companies don't seem to have.

A+

maverick: I really hope all these posts have been helpful and constructive in better understanding WorldxChange's products, services and support  because if they havn't my wife wants to know what the heck I've doing this for Wink.

Please pass on my sincere thanks to your wife for her tolerance of the time you have been putting in here Phil.

It really has made a huge difference being able to discuss the issues with a real person rather than some faceless call centre who rarely give you the answer you need, even if they understand the question Yell

Anyone who has been around GZ for a while knows that you are a straight shooter, telling it like it is, warts and all without the usual corporate spin and other obfuscation of the facts.  We owe you a huge debt of gratitude for your committment to helping customers, often well outside of normal business hours and generally going way beyond the call of duty in more ways than I can put my finger on right now.

Take it easy my friend and don't work too hard.  Go and make your wife a nice cup/glass of her favourite tipple and say that it comes with best wishes from a grateful customer Smile

Well done Phil from another satisfied customer. You have been really helpful on a number of issues over the months, especially leading up to the exciting times we are in now with Xnet fusion. Looking forward to seeing another 1000 and beyond from you.

Regards Lance

Cheers Phil, your input here has been awesome! I think you deserve another pack of coffee :)

Chorus has spent $1.4 billion on making their xDSL broadband network faster and even more now as they are upgrading their rural Conklins. If your still stuck on ADSL or VDSL, why not spend $195 on a master filter install to make sure you are getting the most out of your connection?
