Have you contacted the Xnet / WXC help desk? Also, what are your router sync speeds, and speed test can be unreliable.

The Xnet / WXC help desk should be able to look into this for you and hopefully get a resolution also.

I had a few issues with my ADSL speed, I contacted my provider, they looked in to it, escalated it to complex support, and then they rang me on my mobile to advise it has been fixed, all with in 48 hours. Now my sync speeds increases hugely, to almost double, and have remained so.

As nzbmw has said have you phoned in to the help desk yet ? (080014HELP) , log a fault with them and they will take a look and raise a ticket for your connection if they see any issues.
