We have had a few requests to unlock the geteway accounts on the 3102. We have done this and updated the default dial plan to make use of these. From now on to access the PSTN line for outbound dialing the code is 0# (this used to be 9#) and to access the first alternate SIP gateway the code is 1#.

Your 3102 should update it's config automaticly over the next day or so but if you want to it update now just power cycle it and it will puckup the updated config.

If you require access to more than the first SIP gateway please let us know and we'll see what we can do.
