I have been in a conversation with the retention team about Vodafone retaining our business - but now I find it impossible to get the person I was dealing with to ring me back.

I have answered the email they sent me - but of course it is an unmonitored email address.

I have left a phone message with other members of the team - but still no reply.

Seriously Vodafone, if you have a retention team, and want to hold on to your customers, make it easier for those customers to contact the team member they are dealing with.

How do I continue my discussion?

You speak about ' retention team ' then in the DM you speak about a fault on a Cable (HFC) connection

You are speaking of two totally different things, Thanks for the updated DM I know who to follow-up with now

The fault went away - and the retention team rang me a few days afterwards. I did not contact them

Probably say that unless you get to speak to that original person, you're taking your business elsewhere.

I found their retention team good to deal with, but they couldnt offer me anything suitable to get me to stay.
