Peoples use can commonly change around the year. You might be around 'home' for 11 months for regular use, then go on holiday in another part of the country with limited wifi and require a lot more data over that period, no?

Then wouldn't you be better off paying for a low usage plan for the 11 months and the switching up to a higher plan for that month?
