We will be carrying out work to upgrade our InHome cable network in Christchurch.
Whilst we carry out this work, we need to implement an outage affecting most cable modem services. If you have digital television, your Electronic Programme Guide and Pay Per View Movies will also be affected during this time. The outage period is planned from midnight to 6am on Tuesday January 29th 2008.

The individual impact on your service during this period will be for up to 10 minutes.

We apologise for this disruption to service and any inconvenience this may cause you.
It is possible that afterwards you may need to turn your cable modem off and on again to reset it. If you have any questions or your service has not fully returned by 7am please contact our customer care team on 0508 888 800.
