Hi there

First my dad's smart prime phone got the 'Restricted access changed. Data service is blocked' message which meant he could not text. I turned the phone off then on and it said 'emergency calls only' but then coverage was restored. This was in Levin. Then on my phone (the same as my dads) I got that message. I turned it off then on but it wouldn't leave me alone. This was in Levin, and also in the areas north of Levin as we drove. Eventually I was able to text again.

What is that message? Is it because there are too many people on the network in that area? Or something?
