I'd just like to relay some feedback about the billing system at Xnet. Here's the back story:

In November I moved house, notified Xnet and our DSL was transferred across to the new line and the billing address was updated to the new address. I received an invoice in November for October's internet at my new address, which was paid. Since then all the invoices have been sent to the old address.

As I have been busy I didn't notice the lack of invoices coming through until this morning when my account was disabled. I rang up the help desk to find that the billing address on file was my old address. Apparently (according to the person helping me out) there was no record of my address ever changing.

Some points I'd like to raise:
 - Why did my billing address magically change back to my old address?
 - Why is there not an email sent out before the account is disabled?
