Wow - Phil responded to the discussion about Fusion and Custom Link setup issues this morning and my Custom Link is up and running this afternoon! Can't complain really!

Well....maybe a question though...I can't seem to find any User Guide or documentation on VFX. How do I access my voice messages from another phone? Is it possible? If so, what else can I do remotely?

Cheers,
D.

We have a couple of ways,

Remotely can be done  dialling 082210 from Telcom Lines, from Vodafone Mobiles 0800141414, you can also use the alias function in your portal to setup other numbers, what this means is that when you set up your mobile of work number it will automatically see your number and prompt you for a password only, other wise you have to enter your VFX number minus the 0 ie 9950xxx not 09950xxxx.

The guides are listed here

Thanks for that Phil. I actually followed the link from some way down this page but it seems to be broken.

Is there default pass[word/code] for the Voice Portal login? I can't seem to see that anywhere either.

<sigh> Sorry about the idiotic questions - there has been so much info and communication from Slingshot, WxC and Telecom that I forgot what info I already have and from whom...

Thanks again...
