Hey guys

I have just moved into a new flat and I thought we were on unlimited broadband but we have just discovered we are only on the 80GB plan and have used all of the allowance.

We went online to upgrade to unlimited but it won't be changed over until Feb 1st which is going to cost me a small fortune at $2/GB overage.

I know it is a massive ask but is their anyway to move plans quicker or temporarily increase or allowance for this month?

Thanks

Jarrad

I think most ISPs will change you straight away if you ring up and plead your case. Hopefully one of the vodafone peeps here can help, but have you tried ringing them?
