Occasionally doesn't connect after a power failure, as it seems the SureSignal login competes with the ADSL login, and never the twain shall meet.
so I power off the Sure Signal, reboot the modem/router, wait for 10 minutes for the ADSL and login to complete, then repower the SureSignal.
ALso make sure you don't have any large uploads happening, or anything saturating the upload link. My SureSignal would disconnect if I was uploading my backups to the interwebs ( the joys of Async ...). I was able to throttle the upload speed in the backup application, so that solved that particular issue.
