Hi folks,

I got a call from WxC today saying my number has been successfully ported and I should power cycle my adapter when I get home from work. I did just that but my Line 1 light is still off. I even went as far as factory reset and re-entering the Profile Rule - still nada. Apparently there's something wrong with the Registration test or some such.

Has anyone else encountered this before? If so, what was the resolution and how long did it take to fix? The tech support person has logged a fault with the VFX Provisioning team but there may not be anyone in over the weekend. Basically it boils down to not having a phone over the weekend.

Has anyone encountered something like this? Is there any chance it may come right by itself?

Cheers,
Dany.

PS. My VFX setup was working just fine while my number was being ported...

Hi dpw,

Found an issue,  if you restart you should be good, it is actually an issue with our new auto provisioning system it has left some details out of your config,  if you restart it should now come back on line.

We are looking at the issue which caused this and I apolagise for the inconvienience

Hey there Phil,

Thanks again for the extra help. I didn't get to restart the adapter till later last night but it's all good now.

Have a great weekend!

Cheers,
