Please be advised that WxC has identified a small data migration issue that will see some Xnet Fusion customers (13 so far) billed for both their Fusion service and their Xnet HSI plan at the same time. Most of the mistakes are in the neighborhood of a few dollars but I did see a couple larger ones. The provisioning team is hunting down the accounts with errors and are applying the appropriate credits.

This was because we had customers who churned to Fusion at the end of the month and the HSI billing was right but for some reason the billing start date for the Fusion became 1/1/08.

There were also some new connections that charged for the whole month when they were connected partway through. The team is in a meeting now to review the cause and to impliment the appropriate database changes to keep it from happening again.

We apologize to those of you affected by the issue and assure you that you will be credited.
