I just about had a heart attack when the latest bill arrived by email last evening. $791.65

After a phone call to the nice CSR, she knocked $595.97 off of the bill. For some reason we've been billed for the HomeHub twice, an Early Termination Fee and a couple of other double ups.

The only charge left that I was a bit unsure about works out to be $14.95, which I figure was for Modem postage and handling fee (we got a new HomeHub for our UFB connection in Feb).

My question is: Is it normal to be charged a modem delivery fee?

Cheers.

Sorry for the confusion, good to hear it was sorted easily but of course shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Yes, $14.95 modem delivery fee is normal. That's charged to new customers as well.
