Hi Team

 

Is there a known issue with prepay topups via credit card?  Can't do it via the app or via their web site, and I get a TXT confirmation that it failed.  Not listed as an issue in the Network Status area.

Herald article says "The problem has since been fully resolved"

 

Yeah...Nah I still can't load a credit card for auto top ups, or is this a different unrelated issue

 

Have tried 4 times since I got home from work and the replying text message just says try again latter due to technical difficulties
