Got my monthly bill this morning, I seem to have been billed for internet, phone and "best mates" separately, the total is nearly 50% more than usual. Is this just me or did it happen to others as well?

Yes I tried calling Vodafone but the voice message said they were having trouble and I should call back later...

If this is the first invoice it could have part month charges on it as well

It's not the first invoice, although we are in the process of switching to UFB so maybe something has gone wrong because of that.

these aren't part charges, they are everything that we normally get, but listed / charged separately at full prices:
