After reading few post here regarding receiving Vodafone Bill in electronic format, just tried my luck phoning and requesting my bill to be sent via email, but answer is NO. Well the CSR mentioned that you can setup a on-line Vodafone account and see the billing there, yes this a known fact. I've also asked about a email notification (Like Telecom dose) saying my bill is ready and the amount to be paid etc, answer to this is ''No we cannot send regular notifications''.
Well this is annoying... as I have all my bills sent via emails also not to mention banks are promoting statement stopping and to use the on-line statements. Regardless whether Vodafone NZ is helping to ''save the planet'' or not this service is a convenient factor.
Well I have been Vodafone customer for 10 Years (Remember the Bell South times?) how many trees they would have killed?
