I want to know something about this number.

When traveled to Fiji last month I got a roaming voicemail reminder on phone from number 6421700700.

Did not pay attention. Till recently I discover a hefty $7.85 charge for that voicemail. Vodafone user log showed it has length over a minute. But I checked my voice inbox nothing is there!

Totally suspect it is a spam.
