Anyone got some clues here... had VFX up and running sweet, but our number was in the wrong calling area. We got a new number and since then, despite a number of calls with the helpdesk and a couple of hours in a queue waiting, the device wont register / no dial tone. I've factory reset the device, re entered the profile rule etc, but still all dead. Bit sad, been without a ph for a couple of days now.
