I'm considering signing up with WxC, and I need to know the time it normally takes from applying online to being able to surf the net using WxC broadband.

Hello siyuan,

I would allow 3-5 working days for change of ISP, it can go quicker depending on how quickly your previous ISP responds to our change of service notification.

A brand new connection - up to 7 business days.  Changing providers (also known as a churn) - up to 1 day.

My experience when swapping a client's broadband to WxC is their internet continues to work right up to the swap-over.  It's then a matter of changing their modem's settings and they are back up and going immediately.
