Does anyone else have this issue?

Some months I manage to use up my plan data, but each time I have done so, I don't get the text telling me it's finished even though I can't connect to anything.

When I call up they tell me that I've got something like 9MB remaining so it hasn't triggered the 100% text.

If that is the case, why then can't I use the remaining data?

Would be really useful to have something in the app that allows people to add a data pack rather than having to wait for the link in the text message which doesn't turn up.

Yes, actually I've never run out before until this month. Just noticed none of my mail was coming through.

Bought 1GB and seem to have chewed through it in just a few days so need to investigate that.

But no alerts though.

Turns out it's something to do with how the system deals in 20MB block sizes so while the app etc will show 0MB, you're actually somewhere between 20MB and 0MB.  Was weird that nothing was connecting though.  A reboot seemed to allow some of the apps to connect again, chew up the remaining data and trigger the text, all while talking to the tech.
