My first post here, look forward to exploring some very useful info...
I signed up because I am utterly fed up with Vodafone and heard they actually monitor this site.
We have Vodafone (originally TelstraClear) cable TV, Internet, and phone. Vodafone TV now merging with Sky. Just about every month TV goes on the fritz. We unplug everything and reset. Several times. We still get a "service unavailable" message. We call Vodafone. And once we navigate the umpteen menu options, we are told "due to exceptionally heavy call volumes" there is a waiting time of 30 minutes.
This is absolutely hopeless customer service. We'd get rid of the landline except for a few family members. We'd get rid of TV and go all Internet TV, but still like BBC TV and a few other channels.
If lack of decent service continues and it keeps failing, we'll ditch it. Anyone feel the same?
