I finally got my auth details and am now connected to VFX via asterisk. The trunk connected straight away, no issues!
So it did take a while and a few calls to tech support, but all in all I am happy with the support I received. I found the guys very helpful and always returned calls and kept me up to date.
My only outstanding issue now is that I cannot seem to get through to vodafone, (my mobile). I can dial various different codes, 07 04 0800 etc. 021 is giving me a "your call can not be completed at this time" message. Any ideas?
(I can dial from my mobile to my VFX #).
