My sister moved to Cambodia a couple of years ago and before she left she went into the Queenstown store cancelled her home phone and reduced her mobile to the minimum plan.
She noticed that those things didn't occur and have been contacting VF via email a couple of times without response.
Is there someone here from VF who could assist, I am not sure I'm still account authorized, but want to see if I can assist in some way.
