Is anyone having trouble with their cable connection in Wellington?

We're located in Miramar and the internet has been down for the last few hours.

I've restarted my router as well as the Cisco modem, no joy. I've also connected my laptop directly to the Cisco modem. Also not working.

No mention of any issues in their Facebook or network status pages and am currently on hold. Wondering how long until they answer.

Thanks, that was definitely not there when I posted or called them.

I got off the phone about 10 min ago, with them acknowledging there was a known fault in the area.

It seems they updated the network status page after I called them.

My cable connection in Christchurch was down last night (8.30pm onwards)

I don't see an outage message on their website at the moment, so I assume that when I get home my connection is working again laughing

Haven't noticed a change in speed or change in stability overnight, however ping which was consistently 6ms to the Vodafone Wellington Speedtest server is not consistently 10-11ms
