Looks like the PSN Online Services are affected on Vodafone Broadband.

However, PSN Store and Messaging services seem to work but the online gaming part is badly affected - either blocked or timeout.

Downdetector has few people suggested that it is isolated to Vodafone Broadband users: http://downdetector.co.nz/problems/playstation-network

On Vodafone Community, two topics been created

Anyone else on Vodafone Broadband experiencing this as well?

I wonder if this is connected to an issue I have, I am unable to connect to Lightbox or TVNZ On Demand using my PS4 but ok on other devices

There is also an issue which has been around for ages which won't let you download certain games, only on vodafone

I wonder if this is the cause of my issue downloading games. For months now my downloads have been failing, I just have to keep retrying until it works, I always assumed it was a HDD issue but maybe it's a Vodafone issue.

I'm having problems as well on vodafone fibre. For the longest time we haven't been able to update minecraft on our PS4 giving corrupted data / connection errors. After seeing this thread I ran the console through a VPN and it without issue and updated.

Destiny won't update through VF but will (albeit slowly) through the tunnel (PIA).
