I haven't had access to emails since at least 3pm this afternoon in Wellington .... nothing on their Service Status pages !!

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Just rang them. Messege said Clearnet emails are down. They r working on it blah blah blah

I think that what rankles us most is the non- or miss-information on the provider's web site ... if informed up front and promptly I'm sure most reasonable people/customers will sit back and wait for the fix?
