Sorry , I didn't know that there was a limit to getting my problem solved. Well, at least they managed to trace the disconnections every 15 minutes. Bad earth outside.  I'll remember to only call once next time, if I get another problem, so I don't make it harder for you to get through . But I'd bet it's still Craig David

adventdesigns: Sounds like your calling them a little to much? No wonder people complain about it being hard to get through.

If he has an issue, why not call them till its resolved?

Agreed squeaky wheel gets the oil afterall :)

I've been dealing with an Aussie SIP provider the past week and it pretty much took 2 calls a day for a several days to get them onto it before christmas (I had left it the previous week). Worrying thing this was a sales query makes you wonder about support.

Xnet is usually pretty good at getting back to you though.

But seriously. Change the tune. Anyone who has to ring Xnet Support will soon find that they only have about 6 songs and the one Craig David sings about Monday, Tuesday is at least 2 of the 6. I have been mentioning it to the support lads, but it still remains. Might be a CD virus, CD being Craig David, not the actual CD player. The old CD virus on the phones trick huh ?

yeah, I'd have to second that - I mean, I don't know anything about this sort of thing, but surely it couldn't be that hard to get some sort of random play going?

I rang CourierPost the other day and was actually really impressed with their hold music - good selection and really great quality sound.  I complimented the woman about it once she answered.  She thought I was weird.
